5BR/4.5BAs.  Looks really nice.  Not yet finished. Find the pricing a bit high. No new construction home on a lot this size (to be more accurate, on a lot less than 4,800 s.f) has sold for more than $1.4.  This one is 3,755 s.f. Time will tell, eh? Listed with Long & Foster. Days on Market: 7

On the other hand, this house seems very well priced. “Priced to sell” some would say. It also sports 5BR/4.5BAs. Because I fritted away the day getting my oil changed, I have not seen it.
