Update for 2/17/2012… One new listing. One house, formerly under contract, is back on the market. Another house is under contract. No price drops.

I’ve lived in East Bethesda for over 16 years. I’ve sold real estate in East Bethesda for over 12 years. It’s a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance of two metro stops AND downtown Bethesda.
